1. Return Eligibility

– Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
Return requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.
– A mandatory unboxing video and clear photographs must be provided for all return claims.
– The item must be unused and returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.


2. Change of Mind Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind once the product has been opened, unboxed, or tampered with. This policy aligns with Google Merchant Center’s guidelines, which allow sellers to define non-returnable conditions clearly.


3. Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is free for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
– For all other returns (e.g., incorrect selection or buyer’s remorse), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
No restocking fees are charged.


4. Return Window

Our standard return window is 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
– Requests received after this period will not be accepted.


5. Warranty & Replacement

– Only replacement is available for products under warranty. Refunds are not issued for warranty-related claims.
– Warranty claims require a valid invoice from our store.
– Replacements are processed within 21 working days (subject to stock availability).


6. Refund Policy

– If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7–9 working days after the returned item is verified.
– Transaction charges (such as credit card fees) are non-refundable.
– Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect.


7. Non-Returnable Items

– Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
– Products not covered under warranty or confirmed functional upon delivery.
– Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

  3. Once verified, we will provide return shipping instructions or arrange pickup.

  4. Upon receiving and verifying the item, a replacement or refund will be processed.
