Cancellation & Refund Policy

At DJI Drone Store, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, certain circumstances may require order cancellation or refunds. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Cancellation by DJI Drone Store

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:

1.1. Pricing or website errors (incorrect price, product information, or stock availability).

1.2. Fraudulent transactions or suspected payment issues.

1.3. Technical or logistical issues causing fulfillment problems.

2. Delivery restrictions due to location unavailability.

Refund Process:

2.2. If the payment has already been processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

2.3 Refunds may take 5-10 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.

3. Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel their order under the following conditions:

• Before shipment:
  • Within 1 hour of placing the order → 80% refund (deducting payment gateway charges).
  • After 1 hour but before shipping → 50% refund.
• After shipment:
  • No cancellation or refund allowed for prepaid orders once shipped.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

5.2. Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

5.3. COD orders are non-refundable after shipment.

5.4. Refund processing time: 5-10 business days.

6. Important Notes

6.1. Order confirmation email is NOT an invoice. It only indicates that we have received your order request.

6.2. Prices & availability are subject to change without prior notice.

6.3. If an order is canceled after shipping, we are not responsible for delays or refunds.

6.4. In case of disputes, DJI Drone Store’s decision will be final & binding.
